We offer inspections for several different reasons and below is a list of some of the most common reasons:
- New Purchase
Commonly when a client is interested in purchasing a house they will ask us for an inspection. This is to help make sure they will not find any surprises after the sale is finished. - Beginning a Season
Some clients who care for their pools themselves will ask us to inspect their equipment at the beginning of a season to help identify any problems that could arise in the up-coming season. - Renter Leaving
When a landlord or property manager has a vacating tenant they will have us inspect the pool to make sure all equipment is present, operational and that the pool is in good shape.
