In 2004 I started a job to pay some bills while I got settled in after moving here from the mid-west. Little did I know then that this job would lead to a profession that is both fulfilling and satisfying. I fell in love with my job of cleaning pools. Every since I've been hooked. Hooked on the smiles on clients face when they come out to say hello. Hooked on the satisfaction of solving a problem with someones water chemistry. Hooked on the feelings of satisfaction knowing at the end of the day, I did the best I could.

Several years later (by suggestion of clients) I decided it was time to work for myself. This is where the journey began. Don't get me wrong this was not a bed of roses; Instead it has been a thrilling ride with its ups and downs. A great learning experience and a time I cherish.

Since we have grown to a team of like minded people that give their best day in day out. Someone once told me "It's not claiming perfection that makes you good, it's how you handle your mistakes." This has stuck with me every since childhood and drives me to look at every opportunity to improve myself, my team, and how our jobs are done.

Okay, so what makes you different from the others?

In my opinion the thing that separates us from the others can be wrapped up in one word: Caring. Caring about the job we do. Caring about making things right. Caring about what each of our clients have to say about the work we do (good or bad). Just all around, caring.

By caring about our clients we respect their lives, their privacy, and their time. This means when we schedule an appointment we go out of our way to make sure we are there on time. By caring about our clients, their family, and their friends we insist on making sure the water is sanitary and healthy for everyone to swim in.

If there is a problem how is it handled?

Promptly! When a problem is identified we try to remedy it as soon as possible. Our goal is to take the pain out of pool ownership. Instead we work hard to make sure that it is us that bear that burden so you can just love your pool and enjoy your time around it.
