💳 Billing, Invoicing & Payment Details
We bill monthly for pool service, with invoices sent out on the 25th for the upcoming month. Payment is due upon receipt, and we make it easy with secure online options.
Yes — in fact, all of our services are prepaid. We’re a small, family-owned business, and this model ensures our technicians are paid reliably and on time, allowing them to focus fully on delivering great service. We used to offer post-paid billing, but unfortunately ran into issues with unpaid invoices and limited recourse. Prepaid service protects our team and keeps things simple and fair for everyone — no contracts, no surprises, just honest work and clear expectations.
No problem. We’ll prorate your first invoice based on your actual start date, so you’re only billed for the weeks we service your pool.
We use Square to process payments securely. You’ll receive a link with each invoice that lets you pay online with a card or bank transfer — fast, easy, and encrypted.
We understand that life throws curveballs. If you're facing financial difficulties, just reach out — we’re more than willing to work with you. We can pause late fees, set up a payment plan, or find a temporary solution that keeps your pool safe without adding stress. Communication is key, and we’re here to help, not make things harder.
We do charge a $10 late fee for payments received more than 14 days after the invoice date. However, we’re flexible and willing to work with you if you communicate any issues ahead of time. Our goal is to keep your pool healthy and your experience positive.
Absolutely. Each invoice we send includes a detailed breakdown of services and charges. If you need a separate receipt or additional documentation, just let us know — we’re happy to provide whatever you need for your records.
🧪 Chemical Options & Specialty Systems
We do support saltwater systems and bromine — especially for spas — and we’re happy to work with those setups. That said, most alternative systems require more hands-on care between visits, which doesn’t align well with our weekly service model. If you're looking to reduce chlorine use, we can recommend supplemental equipment that helps — but for most residential pools, these systems tend to be overkill. We’ll always help you find the right balance between comfort, safety, and practicality.
We specialize in residential pools, but we do service spas and water features on a case-by-case basis. Reach out with details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
⚙️ Equipment Coverage & Filter Maintenance
We monitor your equipment during every visit and will alert you to any issues we find. While repairs aren’t included in standard service, we’ll clearly explain the problem and recommend a solution. If something goes wrong between visits, just let us know — we’ll assess it promptly and help you get it resolved.
Most DE and cartridge filters need a deep clean every 3–6 months, depending on usage and debris. We’ll let you know when it’s time. Filter cleans are billed separately, but we make scheduling easy and transparent — no surprises, just clean water.
At this time, we don’t offer heater installation, troubleshooting, or repairs. Our focus is on weekly pool care, water chemistry, and equipment monitoring — but we’re happy to refer you to a trusted technician if you’re experiencing heater issues or planning an upgrade.
🎄 Holiday Schedule & Service Philosophy
Yes — we take 4 weeks off each year, but we don’t bill for those weeks. It balances out with the 4 months that contain an extra fifth week. Two of those weeks are fixed: Thanksgiving and Christmas. The other two are chosen by each technician based on their family needs.
Yes. During our four scheduled off-weeks — including Thanksgiving and Christmas — we pause all service, including chemical and basket checks. However, we ensure chlorine levels are properly balanced before the break, and we’re happy to leave extra tabs upon request to keep your pool safe until the next visit.
We’re a small, family-owned business, and we believe in giving our techs time with their families. Our system ensures your pool stays healthy while our team gets the rest they deserve.
Absolutely. Just let us know ahead of time and we’ll leave extra tabs during your last service before the off-week. It’s a simple way to keep your pool safe and balanced while we’re away.
We’ll always notify you in advance via email or text. Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks are fixed, and your technician will let you know their two additional off-weeks well ahead of time.
We don’t reschedule full service during our off-weeks, but we’re happy to adjust your chemical levels beforehand or leave extra tabs if needed. Just reach out and we’ll make sure your pool stays swim-ready.
Nope. We take 4 weeks off per year, and we don’t bill for those weeks. It balances out with the 4 months that contain an extra fifth week — so you’re never overcharged.
We’ve got you covered. While our team takes scheduled time off, we always have someone on call for true emergencies. If your pool develops a serious issue — like a sudden equipment failure or unsafe water conditions — we’ll respond promptly to ensure your system stays safe and functional.
🐾 Pet Waste Removal
We’re happy to coordinate with your chemical schedule. We avoid performing pet-waste removal immediately after a pool shock treatment and generally wait 24–48 hours for strong treatments. If you’ve had recent chemical work, just note it in the contact form and we’ll schedule the next visit at a safe time.
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring plans. For most households with one or two pets, bi-weekly can work well; for multiple pets or high-traffic yards we recommend weekly service. If you already have our weekly pool service, adding pet-waste removal is the most convenient option.
Yes — add Pet Waste Removal to any existing weekly pool service and you’ll receive 30% off the pet-waste charge. Since our technician is already on-site, we can combine the work and pass the travel savings on to you.
When bundled, pet-waste removal is simply added to your regular weekly visit — no separate trip or extra scheduling. Pricing is the standard pet-waste rate with the 30% bundle discount applied. For very large properties or many pets, we’ll provide a custom quote. To request the bundle, check the Pet Waste option on the contact form or tell us when you sign up for weekly service.
We follow friendly, industry-standard safety practices to protect your pets and our team. Please secure curious or loose pets indoors or in a kennel before our visit. If pets will remain outside, leave clear instructions in the contact form (for example where they will be and whether they are friendly). Our technicians will not handle animals or enter enclosures with loose or aggressive pets; if accessing a locked kennel is required we may ask you to unlock it or be present. If we cannot safely access the service area, we’ll contact you to reschedule at a convenient time.
We collect waste using scented dog-waste bags. When allowed by your city or HOA, we place the sealed bags in your outdoor trash for regular pickup. If local rules or property restrictions prevent that, we keep the sealed bags secured in our vehicle and dispose of them at an approved facility that follows local regulations. We never compost or spread waste on-site.
Technicians use gloves and dedicated waste bags for every visit and follow hand hygiene protocols between stops. We avoid cross-contamination between properties and keep all tools and bins clean. If you have any special requests (allergies, sensitive areas), note them in the contact form and we’ll accommodate where possible.
Use the contact form and check the 'Pet Waste' box to request a quote, or call us at (480) 331-8858. If you’re signing up for weekly pool service and want the bundle discount, mention it on the form or select the offer when prompted. We’ll follow up with an estimate or scheduling options.
We may reschedule for safety if conditions are severe (heavy rain or lightning). For light rain we’ll usually proceed, but if you prefer we can reschedule — just let us know in the contact form or by phone.
Yes — please leave instructions in the contact form comments (gate codes, where to place the waste, etc.) and we’ll accommodate locked gates or on-site pets when possible. If you need us to access a locked area, please provide prior approval or be available to unlock it at the time of service.
🗓️ Service Frequency & Between-Visit Care
We service most pools once per week, year-round. This cadence keeps your water balanced, your equipment monitored, and your pool swim-ready — even through seasonal shifts.
If your pool turns green between visits, it’s usually due to extreme heat, heavy rain, or equipment failure. Just reach out — we’ll assess the situation and get your pool back on track quickly.
In most cases, no. Our weekly service covers everything needed to keep your pool clean and balanced. If you notice heavy debris or unusual water changes, feel free to skim or reach out — but we’ve got the chemistry and care covered.
🧼 Service Timing, Access & Scheduling
Nope — you don’t need to be home. As long as gates are unlocked (or we have a key or combo) and pets are secured, we’ll take care of everything without disrupting your day.
Yes — if you’d like a heads-up before each visit, just let us know. We can notify you via text or email so you’re always in the loop.
We assign a consistent service day each week for regular maintenance. If weather or holidays cause a delay, we’ll notify you and reschedule promptly.
